Kobi brings to BWB more than two decades of experience building, financing and scaling technology companies across Israel and the U.S., combining company-building, investment and capital-markets perspectives. A Unit 8200 alumnus and former CFO and CBO, he has led growth, M&A and capital-raising initiatives across venture-backed and public companies, including multiple liquidity events and public-market transactions (NASDAQ, TASE). He also teaches and conducts research at Ben-Gurion University and is actively engaged in Israel’s emerging DefenseTech and Dual-Use ecosystem, with a particular focus on the Negev.
